DDC.ink ("we", "us", "our") operates the website ddcc.ink and the DDC Launcher application. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how you can control it.

2. Information We Collect

• Account information — email address and a securely hashed password when you create an account.
• Sign-in identities — if you sign in with Google or Discord, we store the provider identifier and, where provided, your display name.
• Orders and licenses — records of purchases, license keys, durations, and activation history. Payment details are handled exclusively by Stripe and are never stored by us.
• Device information — a hardware identifier, machine name, operating system information, and IP address used to activate and bind licenses to a single device and to prevent key sharing.
• Discord identity — when you link Discord through the launcher, we receive your Discord user ID, username, and the list of servers you belong to, used for security verification and abuse prevention.
• Security — if automated security checks flag an account as a suspected hacker or abuse risk, we may collect data that match known hackers tool patterns. This happens only for flagged accounts and is used solely to protect the service.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your account, orders, and licenses.
• Activate, validate, and protect license keys.
• Prevent fraud, key sharing, and unauthorized use of our software.
• Send transactional emails (verification, receipts, license keys).
• Provide customer support and respond to your requests.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Stripe — payment processing. Your payment data is subject to Stripe's privacy policy.
• Resend — sending transactional email messages.
• Google and Discord — OAuth sign-in. We receive only the identity data you authorize those providers to share with us.
• Railway — hosting and storage infrastructure that stores the data described above.

5. Data Retention

Account and order records are retained while your account exists. License and activation records are retained to enforce licensing rules and prevent abuse. Security evidence is retained only as long as needed for abuse prevention. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us through our Discord server or at kiiiizercrushon@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

7. Children

Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
