24-Hour Refund Window
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 24 hours of payment as long as the license key has not been activated.
Activated Keys
Time-based keys begin counting down the moment they are activated on a device. Once activated, keys are non-refundable because the purchased time has already started consuming.
How to Request a Refund
Contact us on Discord with your order email and license key prefix (the first 12 characters of your key). Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
Exceptions
Refunds are not available for keys that were flagged or blocked due to sharing, for users who violate the Terms of Service, or for chargebacks that were reversed after a previous refund.
