1. Agreement
By purchasing or using any DDC.gg product, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use our products.
2. License Keys
All licenses are time-based. The duration starts counting down on first activation and cannot be paused. Each license key grants use on one device at a time.
3. One Device Per Key
Keys are bound to a single device while active. Sharing keys across devices may trigger automatic detection, flagging, and blocking of the license. Device resets are limited to one per 7 days.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not resell, share, redistribute, decompile, or reverse engineer our software or license keys. You may not use the software to disrupt other players' experience in a way prohibited by the game's rules.
5. No Warranty
The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for account bans, game updates, or other consequences of use. The launcher and menu are intended for personal use only.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to revoke licenses and deny service to accounts that violate these terms, including fraudulent chargebacks or abuse.
7. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
